Sykes Timber offers a reliable and well-sourced range of European Oak boules, available across a broad spread of sizes and specifications.
We can supply anything from a single board through to full lorry loads, supporting both small, specialist requirements and larger volume orders with the same level of consistency and care.
Our stock covers everything from narrower boards suited to efficient yield, through to wide boules for more distinctive joinery and architectural use. Thicknesses and lengths vary, allowing us to work to both standard requirements and more demanding cutting lists.
Quality is at the centre of what we do. Material is selected with close attention to colour, grain and overall usability. We offer a range of grades, including our highest QBA grade Oak, which represents the very best of the stock — clean, consistent and well suited to high-end joinery and cabinetry — alongside more characterful material where natural features are part of the brief.
We can process material in-house to your exact requirements, including ripping to width, planing to finished sizes, and further machining where needed. This allows customers to purchase Oak in a more usable form, reduce waste, and streamline production.
